It is a pleasure for us to address you again and share with you in this occasion an extraordinary event that took place in Atlantic International University in Guatemala City.

A couple of weeks ago AIU organized an event called "The Global Economic Impact on Business Decisions."

The event consisted of two major exhibitions:

1. Seminar on Macroeconomics and Strategic Planning.
The seminar was given by Mr. José Ernesto Pacay, MBA who is the Manager of Planning and Development of the Central American Brewery S.A.

2. Forum: "The World Economy and its Impact on Business"
The Forum was attended by the following panelists:
Mr. Paulo de Leon, General Manager of Central American Business Intelligence, CABI
Mr. Luis Felipe Valenzuela, Director of United Broadcast News.

The event was also sponsored by the "American Chamber of Commerce" and was really a success. Students of AIU attended, professors, and entrepreneurs in general.

The memories of the event will be announced to students in AIU so that they may be aware of the important information presented herein.

In today's world it is inevitable to be informed of what's happening in the world, in this case from the economic point of view, and how such situations inevitably impact our businesses. This way we can be better prepared to face these challenges and make the right decisions to ensure our stability and growth.
