Congratulations to Hector Hugo Arriola Flores for his recent achievement.

Hector wrote a final project that he developed through his Doctoral program at AIU, has now been published in the Academic Editorial of Spain.

In the book he states that competency management is a process for selecting people to fill a given position, taking into account their skills, abilities and personal characteristics required for the given position. However, the competence approach is the study of the behaviors that are observable in the people doing a job efficiently and effectively.

We are very proud of his achievements, and we hope that he continues with this success, that is a byproduct of the effort and dedication that he has always shown.
