Osemeka wrote his thesis on: “Solving Organizational Development Problem in non-profit sector: A case study of “Holiness Power Bible Ministries”.

His thesis has been published as a book through Author House, which has grown into the world’s largest self-publisher that provides book publishing and marketing services for authors.
