AIU wants to congratulate one of our students, Rodrigo Naranjo Arango for his recent success.

Rodrigo wrote a book named: “Habilidades del Lider” (Leader Skills).

Through this textbook he translates his experience of more than twenty-eight years in the job market, training, guiding and directing different groups of people from different cultures and sections of the Colombian geographical.

In a simple way this book focuses on the skills and strengths that leaders must develop of those who are truly committed to their learning process, to generate within the community and their companies healthy living and immensely improve living standards.

Rodrigo has completed a Masters program at AIU and is currently working on his Doctorate in Business Administration. We are very proud of his achievements, and we hope that he continues with this success, that is a byproduct of the effort and dedication that he has always shown.
