Do you know what infrastructure is?
What infrastructures apply to your community?
What improvements would you like to see to these infrastructures?

United Nations' objective 9 is all about infrastructures and how to improve them to make your community self-sufficient and thriving. In many areas around the world, there is insufficient infrastructure, which limits economic growth. Thus, it is a global goal to improve infrastructure, so that economies can grow and innovate. In this course, you will study the need for infrastructure and innovation so that economies can grow. What part can you take in this effort? How can you support your community to develop infrastructure? How can you prepare the next generation to improve infrastructure? Who builds infrastructure? How is it financed? These are important questions. Course Name: UN's Sustainable Development Goal 9: Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure Due date of assignment: Within 3 days of receiving course.

Description of Course: This course will focus on the UN's 9th Sustainable Development Goal, which is “Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure” globally by 2030. How will education help to achieve this goal? What steps can we take as global citizens to ensure this goal is reached? These courses on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals are important to understand the most important issues of our lifetime and to see a plan for solving them in our communities. You will study the following video and answer the questions given below.

3. What changes need to happen to achieve Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure?
4. Do you think it is possible to achieve Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure around the world? Why or Why not?
5. How can education lead to a world with Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure?
6. What objectives, principles and teaching techniques are used in education to achieve Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure around the world?
7. How can education improve in your community so that the next generation has the tools and mindset to obtain Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure?

The assignment will include a cover page, introduction to the subject, conclusion and a bibliography of any sources used. Remember that you have to submit at least one assignment every month.

Note: This course can be completed to develop your knowledge if you find this subject interesting. The course name will appear on your AIU transcript.
