Honors graduate has published a book on Amazon - March-16-2021
Congratulations to our Honors Graduate, James Komolafe, for one of his many achievements. James and his wife, Veronica Komolafe, have published a book together titled, "DEPRESSION: RECOGNISING THE STAGES AND WALKING AWAY FROM IT" and it is available on Amazon. You can read a summary of their published book below:

The rate at which people think, imagine and handle issues of life around them is today reaching an unacceptable dimension. This situation is further worsened by the biting times and the inability to find relevant answers within their scope of expression and influence given the soaring expectation, the mounting bills in the face of inadequate and dwindling resources.

In view of this, many appear stranded within, slumping from sadness to the trough of depression even without

knowing it. They continue to think the bad and the ugly-the negatives. Up till now, recounting the old analogue photography “Negatives are developed in the darkroom”. In like manner, when people go into the trend of endless thoughts in the negatives of life encounters, events and the situations around them without answers and not finding answers; the tendency when not appropriately handled can lead to eventual depression. Just as a positive thought could build a skyscraper from ground to the topmost height, so would a negative thought, sink a ship load of great intention and life into depression. Little do victims of depression know about the consequences of depression! Just because one cannot immediately feel the repercussion of depression on going within does not make it a journey worth considering.
